Helpdesk - Vratislav Zima, Martin Petrus Helpdesk is an application used designed to communicate with customers and reply for their questions and needs. Application can be used on variety of different project. Benefits in comparison with regullar call center is photo and location attachment, which can save time of the call center or enables to solve problems that couldn’t be solved by using classic telephone dialog. Operator grabs the ticket of the client and solves his problem, then replies on the ticket with the answer message or replies with request for more detailed information. Operator can use both mobile phone client application or web application. Client application is being developed for android platform, server part is build on Google appengine. CloudCardz - Antonín Novák, Tomáš Báča is a project helping users of mobile devices to exchange business cards and related information. User enters to the application information, such as name, business adress, phone number etc. This is stored in the mobile device and securily on the Internet. User installs the CloudCardz application to his Android device. It is enough to scan a QR code generated by the Android CloudCarz app to exchange business card. An html version of the application is available for non Android mobile devices. Webdop -Tomáš Čížek, Karel Blavka, David Bartoň, Ondřej Šrut SetYourSchedule - Martin Fara is a scheduling application. The application supports recording, scheduling and organizing teams to cover all company production. It is a web application accesible by any kind of browser. It allows also negotiation between users to schedule optimally based on users preferences. The program serves the employer to overview the coverage. Favorit connections - Jan Zahula, Tomáš Vik This application wants to approach the public trafic information in a completely new way. It remembers the routine everyday roads and Boring-o-meter Adam Horcica It will be very useful to see how the audience is reacting to the speaker during a presentation. This project is focusing on a development of a mechanical hand displaying the degree of viewers happiness with the presentation. The users will vote about the quality of the presentation using their mobile devices. The measuring hand will be WiFi connected with the evaluating server and display the happiness level in the room in the real time. ConTutor - Ondrej Myslik, Ondrej Svoboda, Richard Janousek This team is introducing a social platform for teaching foreign languages. The application will allow users to chose a tutor for a practical conversation to improve the language skills. The application will support tutors rating and pricing to offer the users better ways to choose the right tutor.
